Our Lady Pistons summer basketball camp, presented by Kroger, completed Day 3 on Wednesday inside the Seaholm High School gymnasium. Wednesday featured a 2-on-2 contest, as well as plenty of highlights in our 5-on-5 regular season and 4-Ball competition. The ladies also continued earning points in the free throw contest, worked hard to earn MVP points, and learned the ins and outs of the pick-and-roll.
Lily Stafeil and Julia Housey worked the pick-and-roll to perfection as 2-on-2 teammates, showing that they really paid attention to Coach Bryan’s group station and were able to use it to their advantage. Jacey Roy also provided a highlight play with her buzzer beater in this afternoon’s 5-on-5 competition. With the score tied 10-10 at the end of regulation, Jacey was able to knock down the winning basket in overtime.
