PISTONS ACADEMY RECAP + GOLDEN TICKET WINNER

The Pistons Academy concluded its 2017 Camp Tour yesterday as 120 campers and a full house of parents, friends and family gathered at the Franklin Athletic Club in Southfield.

The Free Throw contest concluded with Bryan Pohl winning the Championship, 7-6, over sharpshooter Nick Wagner of Brighton.  Adain Wagner and Cooper Delfin rounded out the FT Final four.

In the 4-Ball contest, Princeton was able to hang on to its #1 rankling throughout the Tournament and win the championship with a 126-114 win over Baylor in the Final.  Here are the results for the Blue/White 4-Ball Tournament:  FAC 4-Ball Results

For the All-Camp Team, long-time camper Leo Laker  (pictured) earned MVP status with his hard work on the court and his class and sportsmanship off the court. This was the first MVP award for the 6-year camp veteran. Rounding out the All-Camp team was Xavier Lane (runner-up), Lindsey DeGrendel, Jaden Stanley and Isabelle Cooper.
