The Pistons Academy Summer Camp Tour will make its final stop of the summer, August 28-30 at the SAY Detroit Play Center.

What was once a shuttered recreation center is becoming a training center that looks and feels more like a college campus. From a state-of-the-art recording studio donated by Notes for Notes to a 7,000 square-feet digital learning center that we call ‘the Deep.”  From a new synthetic turf football field donated by Matthew Stafford to a newly Pistons-renovated gymnasium that looks like a miniature version of the Palace, every corner of our 14 acres is designed to change the game for young people to inspire and guide them to success in college and life.

“This will be our first camp at SAY Detroit and we are very excited,” says Pistons Director of Fan Development, Geo Thomas, “SAY has some amazing people on staff, Like Coach Derek Hayes and Coach Dan Boylan. Working with them will be fun and I am anticipating  an amazing three days of basketball!”

The camp is for boys and girls in grades 3-8 and the camp fee is just $100 for the three days ($25 for members of SAY)
