Tuesday marked the opening night of our fall skills clinics in Southfield! The PUP and Rookie skills clinics got off to a fantastic start inside the gymnasium at Franklin Athletic Club. “I was very impressed with the energy and enthusiasm of our Rookies, as well as their ability to focus and work hard at improving their skills,” said Clinic Director Bryan Bollin. “These skills clinics are all about having a bunch of fun and improving the skills of each player. Tonight was a great first step toward our goal,” he added. On opening night, the players spent a lot of time working on ball handling, as well as learning the boundaries and basic rules of the game. Week 2 will feature a shooting tutorial, as well as shooting contests and games.
Ammi Rotberg, Charley Gross, and Jordan Marx were named Players of the Day and received an Andre Drummond poster for their efforts!
