Pistons Academy leagues are like no other leagues in the state of Michigan! Our Pistons Leagues offer a division for every player and are designed for the intermediate to advanced player in grades 3 -12. Our leagues are directed by seasoned professionals who understand what makes a league enjoyable for players and parents alike.
WHY WE ARE DIFFERENT:
Players will enjoy same day practices & games, warm-up music, in-game announcements, Instagram highlights, recaps posted on our website, picture opportunities with the three Detroit Pistons NBA Championship trophy(s), a season-ending award ceremony during a Motor City Cruise game, and TWO tickets to a 2025 – 26 Detroit Pistons game!

ALL - Boys Winter League Registration
All games and practices will take place on Saturdays at Royal Oak High School. Each team will receive a minimum of six games and one guaranteed playoff game. The league will finish with a season-ending tournament.
The Pistons Academy League is designed to teach game strategy and team skills through competitive play. Our game presentation is second to none as players are treated to in-game announcements, music, halftime Pistons giveaways and much more! In order to insure parity, players will register as individuals and will be placed on teams through a player draft. The league draft will be held on: Jan. 10th at Royal Oak High School. Attendance at the draft is expected.
Games and practices will mainly take place on Saturday. Each team will receive a minimum of six games and one guaranteed playoff game. The league will finish with a season-ending tournament.

Regular Price: $245
Location: Royal Oak High School (1500 Lexington Blvd, Royal Oak), other Royal Oak Schools, The Pistons Performance Center, or Wayne State Fieldhouse.

Prep Draft Time: 9:00 am – 9:45 am
