Jaida Thomas

Originally from East Lansing, Jaida played varsity basketball as both a freshman and sophomore and earned selection to the Lansing Capital Area Dream Team during both seasons. In college, she continued her involvement in the game as a student manager for Eastern Michigan Women’s Basketball, where she gained valuable experience working alongside collegiate athletes and coaches. Jaida’s favorite Detroit Pistons players of all time are Isiah Thomas and Dennis Rodman because of their toughness, defensive intensity, and relentless competitiveness that helped define Detroit basketball. Through Pistons Academy, she is most looking forward to meeting new people and creating a fun, energetic, and positive basketball experience for young athletes.
