Makailah “mak” griggs-zeigler
“Coach Mak” is entering her third season with Pistons Academy and is excited to continue making a positive impact on young athletes through the game of basketball. A former collegiate player at Eastern Michigan University, she has also gained valuable coaching experience at various high schools across the state of Michigan. Coach Mak is passionate about helping athletes grow both on and off the court while creating a fun, energetic, and encouraging environment for every camper. Her favorite all-time Detroit Pistons player is Ben Wallace, whose toughness and work ethic continue to inspire her approach to the game.
